Great Site!
A great site about Sivasagar, Assam. Though there are many sites now a days on Assam and North-east, bot most of them are not worth second look! I am putting this site in my bookmark and hope to visit again! I hope thew site will be updated regularly!

about the insti lists
its heartening to see the name of godhula brown memorial school missing from ur site...its the first english school in sivasagar...and one of the oldest baptist schools in our state... it hs crosses its silver jubilee n its name eludes ur site...its a pity

Hi Abhijeet. I must compliment you on a good job done. Although I am from Guwahati, my ancestry can be traced to Boliaghat, which is a few minutes away from Sibasagar. Websites like these will go a long way in promoting interest in our beloved state. May I suggest you also add a few places of stay/hotels for the benefit of prospective tourists? Cheers!

Nice attampt
Its relly a nice attampt. But the font and the color of the text can be taken care of as is it distrubing for the user. My request is to expand the website and to include as much as possible about sivasagar.

This is a beautifully designed, informative site on Sibsagar. I have spent my childhood days there and always wanted to go back sometime to the old places where my father used to take me holding my hand. Your section on tourism, the write-ups and the pictures has brought back my old memories. Its like visiting the city once again. Great work done.

tourism in sivasagar
Sivasagar is the place which is full of pomp and glory.The Mighty Ahoms ruled here for 600 years. There are lots of tourism products which carries the history of ahom kingdom. inspite of lots of potentiality the tourism sector is still not so much developed in this area. The monuments are not properly preserved, these are destroyed by some tourists. So the management have to take any action to save these historical tourism products.

home town people . It will be more informative to travellers outside of Sivasagar if we add more descriptions about our historical places. Sivasagar has a unique history of Ahom Kingdom , greenish beauty & multicoloured caste & creedes .

Many a times , I have heard people of different districts planning to make their place more popular and beautiful. But today I am so glatd that the dazzling sivasagar has got some more and expandable space on the internet.
We become so happy when we find our related things on the internet, and discovering our hometown/city is really ausom.
I suggest the owner to create a academic and job related space, where diiferent sivasagariets can post valuable information for fellow sivasagariets.
Hope the site will elevate sivasagar to higher zenith!!!!!
